New reusable PaperBackground (MeshGradient + veil + grain, mirrors onboarding's PaperField), applied via a new docs/layout.tsx across /docs + subroutes. Pinned light scheme (docs is light-only, like ClientLayout); content stays legible on the veiled field; reduced-motion holds the shader still.
