Remove deprecated models, datasets, and dashboards to clean repo

Overview

This PR removes numerous obsolete and duplicated models, datasets, and dashboards across multiple user folders and modules. These deletions streamline the codebase, reduce clutter, and improve maintainability by eliminating unused analytical assets that are no longer relevant or have been superseded.

Changes

• Deleted old ecommerce models (ecommerce_orders, ecommerce_users, ecommerce_products, etc.) and related datasets and dashboards under team-folders and modules.
• Removed personal and test dashboards and datasets from various users such as khai, thong, tri.dvm, Vux, and others.
• Eliminated redundant or experimental datasets and models related to PII handling, dynamic dims, referral programs, homestay use cases, and some aggregate aware demos.
• Removed some incorrect or temporary canvas dashboards and embedded portal files.
• Pruned unmaintained theme definitions and skill scripts related to AI.
• Updated a few dashboard pages with minor UI adjustments or small code refactors.

This cleanup has no breaking changes to active datasets or dashboards in main production spaces but removes unused legacy content.

Next Steps

• Verify downstream dashboards and reports still function as expected with removed models/datasets.
• Review remaining active datasets for possible further consolidation.
• Communicate removal to BI teams to avoid confusion.
• Consider archiving any preserved historical content outside codebase for audit/future use.
