Review and merge coordination
This Settings/UI/logging proposal can be reviewed independently of the USB/IP upgrade in #140; it retains upstream's current driver requirement.
If accepted, merge this PR before documentation #142. That PR includes the illustrated guide for the Settings/search/Log features introduced here. The optional artwork/donation proposal #141 is not a prerequisite.
Changes and validation
Replace the long Settings list with six full-width sections, search across sections and remembered navigation. Standardize inputs, dropdowns and action buttons, and show accurate language/executable restart reminders. Improve the Log footer with Copy Text and report installed/portable mode, USB/IP readiness and driver versions.
Existing preferences/actions, the upstream support action, Sunshine functionality, update destinations, versioning and release/signing policy are retained. Includes regression tests and a focused Settings guide/screenshot.
Validation: full upstream suite passed (7,230 passed; 12 hardware-dependent tests skipped). Sunshine source/device controls are preserved. The original fork changes have DualSense validation; this reconstructed branch has not yet received hands-on hardware testing.
Draft for preview; optional branding and broad documentation cleanup are separate.
