✨ feat: ➕ casks Homebrew disabled come from hadees/tap; ➖ the dead ones - #102

Homebrew disabled casks that fail the Gatekeeper check on 2026-09-01, and a disabled cask cannot be installed, so `brew bundle` on a fresh machine failed on every such line while this Mac, which had them already, reported the Brewfile satisfied. Still used, now from the personal tap: deluge, hakuneko, and xpra (new; it replaces a hand-rolled pkg installer in an overlay). Dropped, because there is nothing left to install: jdiskreport and nzbvortex (unmaintained), huggingchat (discontinued), nine Quick Look generators (no_longer_meets_criteria), and chromedriver (test tooling fetches a driver matched to the installed Chrome itself).
