Show live picked account in dashboard

Summary

• Include account control and account summaries in live runActivity events so picked accounts render without a page refresh.
• Let running-lane cards fall back to the live selected dashboard account while run-level capture is pending.
• Keep author hidden in the dashboard and debug details.
