…ify tools in CI About twenty Spanish labels were still in the code; they are English keys now, with their Spanish in the catalog. The catalog was written Spanish to English and inverted at import, which silently merged English strings whose Spanish matched; it is written English to Spanish now, and a test fails when a UI string has no Spanish entry (the check odoo_dwg runs). The five merged OpenSpec changes are archived into the specs, the seven placeholder purposes are written, docs no longer name workflows.py and list support.py and neutralise.py, and CI runs verify_data_safety, verify_secrets and verify_ops_configs (a skip fails under CI).
