This PR adds comprehensive unit tests for ChangeStream and ConfigManager functionality. The changes include new test cases for duplicate listeners, deregistration behavior, partition-specific event handling, and resume token management. All tests follow existing patterns and appear to be correctly implemented with no blocking issues identified.
You can now have the agent implement changes and create commits directly on your pull request's source branch. Simply comment with /q followed by your request in natural language to ask the agent to make changes.
