docs: remove the Uzbek locale

Why

We do not have the capacity to keep a third language accurate with every release. Each new feature and breaking change has to be translated again, and a translation that lags documents APIs that have changed, which is worse than having none. Browsers can now translate the English pages well enough for readers who need another language.

What changed

• Removed the uz_UZ/ pages and .vitepress/config/uz_UZ.ts
• Removed the locale from the site config, the Algolia search strings, the theme dictionary and the doc breadcrumb path rule
• Old /uz_UZ/... addresses now redirect from the 404 page to the same page in English, keeping the anchor, so existing links and search results keep working
• Updated the add-contributor skill, which listed uz_UZ/ as a language directory
• Also corrects the X link in the Community menu to https://x.com/goravelgolang

The files are deleted rather than only hidden from the language switcher, because VitePress builds every markdown file it finds: without the locale config the pages would still be published at /uz_UZ/ with the English navigation, and would stay in search and the sitemap. The content remains in git history if the language is ever brought back.

The archived builds under public/versions/ are untouched, since they are frozen snapshots of older releases.

Checked

• pnpm docs:build passes and the output has no uz_UZ pages
• /uz_UZ/the-basics/routing.html#middleware lands on /the-basics/routing.html#middleware, and /uz_UZ/ lands on /
• A genuinely missing page still shows the 404
• Language switchers list only English and 简体中文
