Closes #91
Closes #90

What

  • The Users row example in docs/framing-an-application.md asks for manage_users in place of users.manage.
  • A docs test fails when a code example spells a capability any other way than lowercase words joined by underscores.
  • docs/design-system/loading.md gains "Before the script runs": the root of index.html stays empty and the page has no style of its own. docs/loading-and-feedback.md points to it.

Why

  • Every other page, the authorization guides and the auth tests spell it manage_users. The old example asked for two different capabilities on one screen.
  • WordPress leaves its root empty until its script runs, and godmin no longer draws grey bars anywhere.
  • The docs site will build these pages from the package, so both changes have to ship in a release.

Testing Instructions

  1. Run pnpm install.
  2. Run pnpm run cover. 1518 tests pass, 100% coverage.
  3. Put users.manage back in docs/framing-an-application.md and run pnpm exec vitest run --project unit test/docs.test.ts. The capability test fails.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Clarified that before the app’s script runs, the browser displays only the contents of index.html, and documented the blank initial page and loading-screen behavior.
    • Corrected the capability name in a documentation example.
  • Tests
    • Added a check that capability names in documentation examples follow the expected format.

Walkthrough

The documentation now describes the page before its script runs and corrects the Users-row example to use manage_users. A test checks capability spellings in documentation code examples, and the changelog records these updates.

Full details: Linked Issues check

Explanation

The reviewed head meets the coding requirements for both directly linked issues.

[#91] docs/framing-an-application.md now uses capability: 'manage_users' for the Users row. test/docs.test.ts checks capability values in documentation code blocks and rejects values that are not lowercase words joined by underscores.

[#90] docs/design-system/loading.md adds "Before the script runs". The section says to keep the index.html root empty and unstyled. It describes the blank window and the 200ms wait and fade for LoadingScreen outside the frame. The supplied change summary states that docs/loading-and-feedback.md links to this section. Patch-release shipment is release coordination, not a coding requirement.

Full details: Out of Scope Changes check

Explanation

The supplied whole-PR summary shows changes only to the two requested documentation topics, their documentation test, and CHANGELOG.md. The changed documentation and test implement [#91] or [#90]. The changelog records those same changes and supports their release. No unrelated change is demonstrated.

Full details: Docstring Coverage

Explanation

No eligible functions found in the changed files. Skipping docstring coverage check. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 0 functions across 1 files.

RetriggerView in GreptileConfidence Score: 5/5

[Low impact] No blocking findings remain. The changes are limited to documentation, the changelog, and a documentation test; application behavior and dependencies are unchanged.

Summary

Corrects the Users row example and explains what appears before an app starts.

  • The Users row example uses WordPress’s manage_users capability name.
  • The loading guide explains the blank window before an app starts.
