`ClassName` encapsulates a qualified class name (accepting both canonical `.`-separated and binary `$`-separated forms) and caches its resolved `ClassSymbol`, `Type`, and binary `Name` across a compilation. Also cache per-compilation-unit symbol lookups in `VisitorState.SharedState` so repeated negative lookups within a single file do not re-query `Symtab`, and add a fallback in `VisitorState.getSymbolFromName` that completes enclosing classes when resolving a nested class whose outer class has not yet been completed.
