Fix Unicode text input when clipboard writes are denied by improving input backend fallback handling. Update Flash prompt handling to preserve literal Unicode task text without unintended escaping or rewriting.
Add unit tests covering clipboard failure fallback, input backend selection, and Unicode goal preservation in Flash prompts.
