Summary

Adds StartLux 0.1.0: local judge models (StartLux-Decision v1.1 Instant) that run inside the plugin through libllama. Mail never leaves the computer. Godwit-side work is godwit-email/godwit#90; the measurements and decisions are in godwit-email/godwit#64.

  • Artifacts: the six bare libraries from the v0.1.0 release, built by CI from the tag.
  • Assets: mirrored to dl.godwit.email/plugins/startlux/ by plugin-startlux's mirror workflow (run), each file checked against a pinned hash.
    • engine: llama.cpp b11707, one single-variant group per platform (6–19 files, 5–26 MB each).
    • model on macOS arm64: 4b-q4 (2.7 GB, needs 8 GB of memory) and 2b-q8 (2.0 GB, 6 GB).
    • model everywhere else: 2b-q8 only, which needs 12 GB on Windows. These platforms run on the CPU only, so the plugin marks the model as slow there.
  • minGodwit 1.7.0: the first release with the plugin model API (feat: plugin models through Godwit's SDKs (replaces #108) godwit#109) and registry assets (feat: local StartLux judge: registry model assets and the native plugin godwit#90). It is still a draft, so this entry stays hidden until 1.7.0 ships.

Review checklist

  • The release's libraries match the tag's CI build (sha256 in the release's SHA256SUMS)
  • Asset URLs are all under dl.godwit.email/plugins/startlux/, and each hash matches its upstream source (Hugging Face revisions are pinned in scripts/mirror.py)
  • minMemoryGB matches docs/parity.md in plugin-startlux
