Preset Submission

Summary

Adds the community preset Simplified Chinese (zh-cn) to the Spec Kit community catalog.

The preset localizes core Spec Kit templates and human-readable workflow output to Simplified Chinese while preserving machine-readable identifiers and technical contracts such as requirement IDs, task IDs, file paths, code identifiers, HTTP methods, API routes, and schema fields.

This PR only updates the community preset catalog and documentation:

  • presets/catalog.community.json — adds the new zh-cn preset entry and updates the top-level updated_at
  • docs/community/presets.md — adds the Simplified Chinese preset row

No existing community preset entries are modified.

Preset Details

  • Requires Spec Kit >=1.0.5.dev0
  • Provides 5 templates
  • Provides 9 command wrappers
