+The original work is the complete source code, configuration and commit history of GNQ Insilico's private repository [private]. It is proprietary software for GNQ Insilico's digital twin healthcare platform, including the web application, its APIs, infrastructure code and deployment configuration. The repository has never been published or licensed to the public.

+On 23 September 2026 the GitHub account trevor-atchley, created at 20:43:50 UTC that day, created the public repository trevor-atchley/gnq-digital-twins-app 41 seconds later and pushed a complete copy of our private repository into it: all 56 branches with their full commit history, with commit identifiers identical to ours. It is an independent upload, not a GitHub fork. The only change the account made is one empty commit on top of our history. GNQ Insilico did not authorize this copy.
