+[private] have a repo for a piece of software called WalkSimulator, the [private] never made it public, and gave [private] new ownership of this and allowed [private] to make it public. [private] also had a friend with permission work on the software with [private].

+[private] software has been reuploaded with changes to it that makes seem seem like the creators. They have changed [private] name out of the author to their own, and done changes [private] did not want done. [private] repository is under a Custom Source-Available License, which clearly states these points:  
+No Redistribution  
+No Public Forks  
+No Commercial Use  
+
+Not only have they violated this by reuploading [private] repository, they didn't even make it a fork of [private] original work.  
+You can check timestamps for commits and releases to see mine existed much longer before their repository even existed. As well as that, they didn't even bother changing the licence for their repo, meaning if you go to their repo and check the licence, it still has [private] licence on it along [private] [private] Username, [private] friends username, and the username of the [private] who transferred everything over to [private] months ago shortly before [private] repository was created.
