+An original personal-portfolio web application written in React 18, TypeScript and Vite: a hash router with a custom screen-wipe transition engine (src/app/router.tsx); a main menu that lays nine hand-lettered words along an arc, grows the chosen word in its slot and hit-tests the mouse geometrically (src/screens/MainMenu.tsx, MainMenu.css); a settings and audio system (src/app/settings.tsx, audio.ts, music.tsx); a custom cursor, wipe and UI component set (src/components/); a keyboard-navigation hook (src/hooks/useKeyNav.ts); and nine section screens with their stylesheets (src/screens/). The infringing repository was created on 18 September 2026, after [private] code was published, and its src/ directory reproduces mine file for file. I have compared the raw files: its src/screens/MainMenu.tsx and src/app/router.tsx are byte-for-byte identical to mine. The copy still contains [private] own code comments (for example "Layout traced from the game's menu"), [private] name in a storage key ('aryan-portfolio:menu-cursor', line 17 of MainMenu.tsx), and text about [private] — [private] thesis, [private] game Dragon Drop, [private] ArtStation and Behance accounts — in lines 22–29 of the same file. The copy has been placed under an MIT licence without [private] permission. This notice concerns the source code only; artwork, video and music files under public/ belong to ATLUS/SEGA and are not claimed here.
