Update the existing Figma plugin listing from v2.2.124-figquery.1 to v2.2.174-figquery.1. Set its displayed version to 2.2.174 and regenerate the marketplace entry.

It'd be a good idea to review the skills as some are beyond the recommended length from the Agent Skills spec (500 lines), and some have invalid references (like walking outside their directory).

While it's not inherently problematic, it's the kind of thing that it worth refining.
