A test repository for showcasing Image Injection and OTP retrieval using Appium+JestJS and Vanilla NodeJS varieties compatible with App Automate on Browserstack

Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Node.js (v16 or above recommended)
• npm (comes with Node.js)
• BrowserStack account (for App Automate)

Installation

npm install

Configuration

• Update your BrowserStack credentials and device/app details in the test scripts as needed.

Running Tests

• To run the Jest test:

npm test

Or directly:

npx jest camotpJEST.test.js

• To run the vanilla NodeJS script:

node cam+otp.js

Notes

• Ensure your test app and image (test-image.jpeg) are present in the project directory.
• Refer to the code comments for further customization.
