docs: update the agent guide and make Claude Code read it - #38

- CLAUDE.md imports AGENTS.md, so Claude Code and other agents read the same guide. - Describe the push flow, the state machine, the outbox, Menu2 and the old-device special cases; the source file list still described the paginated menu only. - Add testing (CI devices per special case), compatibility with gexporter, the release steps and where users report problems (GitHub issues, Garmin forum thread, store reviews).
