merge(main): bring fork main up to upstream main 692eb1a57

Merges upstream/main (pingdotgg/t3code) into the fork's main mirror through 692eb1a57. Conflict-free: seven upstream commits covering the configurable quit-shortcut confirmation, opening project settings from thread menus, remote Claude model manifest discovery, PR sidebar state sync, the Electron 43 preview recording/rendering fix, and one revert of the live-activity row reuse.

main only mirrors upstream plus fork policy files, so no fork behavior rides along here. The product change for this range ships separately on turbo.
