chore(deps): Share one @sentry/api version through the pnpm catalog - #1672

The CLI resolved @sentry/api 0.400.0 while mcp-core pinned 0.337.0. Add a catalog entry and point both packages at it, so the shared API layer work in unify-sentry-api-layer builds on one client version. Co-Authored-By: BYK <burak.kaya@sentry.io>

The CLI and MCP core pinned different
@sentry/apiversions, so the two products could disagree on generated types and request helpers. This adds@sentry/api: 0.400.0to the pnpm catalog and pointspackages/cliandpackages/mcp-coreatcatalog:. The lockfile now resolves a single@sentry/apiversion.MCP core needed no code changes for the bump.
