Show data that is dropped because of a pause on the Stats page, under "Rate Limited":

  • A project category pause (project_category_pause) as "Pause (solutions.sentry.io)".
  • An organization pause (organization_pause) as "Org Pause (solutions.sentry.io)".

Without this change, both show as "Internal". The Stats page shows these two names as written, without title case.

The pauses are added in getsentry/getsentry#22561.

Verification

Tested on a local getsentry dev server: paused errors for one project and for the whole organization, then sent errors. The Stats page showed them under "Rate Limited". Unit tests check the names and that the chart shows them as written.
