Moves uv from 0.13.4 to 0.13.5 for VULN-3216 (eMudhra CA compromise). Follow-up to #128348, which went to 0.13.4.
0.13.4 removed the eMudhra root from uv's bundled store. 0.13.5 also rejects certificate chains that contain the compromised eMudhra intermediate keys (
rustls-webpki0.103.16), and its managed CPython builds ship pip with certifi 2026.10.19.Changed: the same uv pins #128348 touched: setup-uv
versionin.github/actions/setup-sentry/action.yml,backend.yml,bump-version.yml,development-environment.yml,pre-commit.yml,react-to-product-owners-yml-changes.yml,self-hosted.yml, anduv==inself-hosted/Dockerfile. No lockfile or dependency changes.Merge after getsentry/pypi#2666, which adds uv and uv-build 0.13.5 to
pypi.devinfra.sentry.io. Until it lands,self-hosted/Dockerfile'spip install --index-url https://pypi.devinfra.sentry.io/simple 'uv==0.13.5'can't resolve.Verified locally:
uv lock --checkpasses with 0.13.5 (uv.lockunchanged), and the changed YAML files parse.Not verified: CI and the self-hosted image build.
