Removes
OrganizationEventsVitalsEndpoint(organizations/{org}/events-vitals/).PRIVATE, so it isn't in the public API docsVitalsCardsDiscoverQuery) was removed with the old transaction summary in ref(txn-summary): Remove old (pre-EAP) transaction summary #116720, so nothing in the frontend calls it now.Fixes ENG-8848
