Removes the
organizations:onboarding-scm-project-creationregistration and the flag overrides the acceptance tests used to reach the SCM flow. Nothing reads the flag after #126372, and withapi_expose=Truegone it also drops out of the organization serializer'sfeatureslist.Blocked, do not merge yet. This is the last step of the removal: it waits for getsentry/sentry-options-automator#10022 to deploy, the automator run to be green, and the stored option to be unset. It sits on top of this stack, so merge the stack only up to #126373 until then.
