When a trace's representative event is a log or an error, the trace header's subtitle now renders ANSI colors with #126237's shared AnsiText component instead of showing raw escape codes.

Stacked on #126237. Fixes LOGS-1021.

Trace headers for log or error representative events showed raw ANSI escape codes in the subtitle. Render the title and subtitle with the shared AnsiText component.
