Introduces Sidekiq’s
JobExtensionto centralize backend-specific job metadata, retry state, and trace propagation used by tracing and error reporting.The standalone Sidekiq integration uses it here. A later PR in this stack makes Sentry’s ActiveJob integration use the same extension for jobs running on Sidekiq.
