Applying
Accept Bundlesize Increasecurrently skips measurement entirely, leaving the size report missing (if the label is applied before the size check could fully run) or stale after subsequent commits. Always refresh the report and use the label only to waive the per-PR increase limit.Also instruct agents never to apply the override label.
