… app (#25830) **Why:** `agents` pins `@modelcontextprotocol/sdk` to an exact version, so bumping the SDK alone (#25782) installs two copies and breaks the typecheck: `McpAgent.server` expects the `McpServer` from `agents`' copy. This PR bumps `agents` to 0.31.0 together with the SDK version it pins (1.32.1). It also adds `@modelcontextprotocol/server`: `agents/mcp` imports it statically (for an `instanceof` guard against SDK v2 servers) even though it is listed as an optional peer, so the Worker bundle fails without it.
