Vercel AI: streamObject is not traced on AI SDK v4–v6 since v11 #25779

Description

Since v11 made channel-based instrumentation the default (#22501), streamObject creates no gen_ai spans on ai v4–v6. v10's OTel path traced it, and the docs still list it as traced on v6 and below.

Repro: Next.js 16.4.3 with @sentry/nextjs 11.9.0 and real model calls. Plain @sentry/node behaves the same; the integration test in the fix PR fails on develop.

Why: the orchestrion config injects generateText, streamText and generateObject, but not streamObject (vercel-ai.ts). With no operation span, the model call isn't spanned either.

The v7 row isn't a regression and won't change. generateObject and streamObject are deprecated since ai v6, and v7 doesn't publish them on ai:telemetry. Vercel won't add it (vercel/ai#24125). Our tests already skip it.

Next steps

• Inject streamObject for v4–v6 like streamText: fix(server-utils): Trace streamObject calls on AI SDK v4-v6 #25780. On v4 and v5 it isn't deprecated. After it ships, the docs are right again.
• No v7 work. Users on v7 switch to generateText/streamText with output, which are traced on every version.
