Make `ignoreSentryInternalFrames` default behaviour for `thirdPartyErrorFilterIntegration`

We introduced this option in #18632

If users find this valuable in reducing noise in their issue feed we can think of making this the default behaviour. Otherwise we can just close this ticket.
