📜 Description

Removes Spring Boot 2.4.13, 2.5.15, 2.6.15, and 2.7.0 from the Spring Boot 2.x test matrix in .github/workflows/spring-boot-2-matrix.yml, keeping only 2.7.18.

💡 Motivation and Context

The workflow runs on JDK 21 (java-version: '21'), but the removed versions do not officially support Java 21. 2.7.18 is the first 2.7.x release with official Java 21 support, so it is kept.

Scoped to the 2.x matrix as described in the issue. Happy to extend this to spring-boot-3-matrix.yml as well if that is also in scope.

Resolves: #6370

💚 How did you test it?

CI-only change — the workflow itself validates the edit. With only one version left in the matrix, CI should run faster and should pass.

🔮 Next steps

Merge once CI passes.

Removed 2.4.13, 2.5.15, 2.6.15, and 2.7.0 since they do not officially support JDK 21 (the CI runs on Java 21). Kept 2.7.18, the first 2.7.x release with official Java 21 support.
