otelInstrumentation moved to 2.31.1 while otelInstrumentationAlpha stayed at 2.29.0-alpha and otel stayed at 1.63.0. Instrumentation 2.31.1 targets SDK 1.65.0 and matching -alpha artifacts. The Sentry agent compiles customization against the stale alpha tooling, and sentry-opentelemetry-bom would publish conflicting platforms.
