Adds the option to the JS options reference next to tracePropagationTargets, its HTTP sibling, with a short deprecated entry for enableRpcTracePropagation. The tracing guide now shows only the current option.

enableRpcTracePropagationas much as possible in favor ofrpcTracePropagationBindings- soenableRpcTracePropagationis still documented as options, but has huge drawbacks -rpcTracePropagationBindingsis a safe alternative and it's best if we only document this.IS YOUR CHANGE URGENT?
