Move MCP span naming conventions out of the tracing doc and point to the Sentry Conventions repo instead. Keep span op requirements, data attribute tables, session management, and the initialize span name (not covered in conventions) inline. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
