the query parameter limit is not working for jobs

Description
The url /jobs does not return a limited number of records of 20 as it should be by default.
Even if the query parameter limit is explicitly given (e.g. /jobs?limit=2) the result is not limited and all records are returned.

Steps to Reproduce
Make 3 execution requests, and then submit /jobs?limit=2
All 3 jobs will show.
For default, make 21 execution requests, and then submit /jobs

Expected behavior
By default only 20 records should return.
If the query parameter "limit" is specified, only the number of records specified must return.
