CI is failing, because 'psycopg' is not installed #2424

Description

tests/provider/test_postgresql_provider is failing on the CI with this error:

Steps to Reproduce
Run the build task on the CI and watch for the provider tests.

Expected behavior
CI is expected to execute the tests, using the dependencies that were installed through the requiremens-provider.txt.
