Help and docs honesty fixes plus small robustness work, no behavior change to curated JSON contracts:

  • mobility latest example used a nonexistent A22 datatype; README journey used ambiguous stop names; doctor timeout help distinguishes the local flag from the global one.
  • Cache writes are atomic (temp file plus rename) with a regression test.
  • User agent tracks the build version instead of a hardcoded string.
  • Release workflow verifies tag, CHANGELOG, version default, and skill pin agree; CI syntax-checks shell scripts.
  • Shared text helpers move from traffic.go to text.go; traffic format normalization reuses the shared helper.

Verified: gofmt, vet, full test suite green.
