Upgrades Next.js in apps/transcription_chat from 14.2.35 to 15.5.21 (major version), with the matching yarn.lock refresh. No app source files change in this diff.

The lockfile shifts the framework stack to Next 15’s dependency set: updated @next/env and platform SWC binaries, styled-jsx 5.1.6, optional sharp 0.34.x (and related @img/* packages), and drops legacy pieces such as busboy / streamsearch that were tied to the older Next bundle. eslint-config-next remains on 14.2.3 in package.json and is not bumped here.
