I ran /claude-api prompt-audit and it made these changes.
Fable 5.1 should like this.

The skill, command and rule files had accumulated text that only made
sense against an earlier state of the repository: a build target that no
longer exists, a path count that had already drifted, a macOS-only reverse
in a pipeline, one project's stumble written into a skill that takes any
project, and rule rationale phrased as a diff against a version of the
rule nobody reads any more. Each is now stated as the current rule, with
its reason kept and its history dropped.

Repo Assist gained a Task 11 without the references, the weighted draw or
the fallback table learning about it, so the summary task was named twice
under the wrong number and the new task could never be selected. Both are
fixed. The prompt also asked, in several places, both to act more and to
act less; that is now one standard, on the side the recent history has
been moving it towards. The lock file is not recompiled here, because the
local gh aw is older than the one that produced it.
Without a job discriminator the generated agent and conclusion jobs share
one concurrency group, so two dispatches close together cancel each other.
The run id now keys the group.

Recompiling with gh aw v0.88.7 also carries the prompt as the previous
commit rewrote it into the lock file, and moves the setup action, the
firewall images and the MCP gateway to the versions that compiler pins.
