Recommended actions
- Review OpenCode V2 lifecycle #1977, Systematic #1976, Node.js #1975, and release #1972.
- Prioritize workspace approval isolation #1970.
- Triage high-severity alerts #160, #157, #156, #155, #132, and repository-level findings #13, #1.
- Continue organic verification in #1598: 18/27 verified (+7); review pre-preflight pins in vbs and three-flatland.
Notes
- Issue-count boundary: previous daily run, started 2026-10-27T20:10:12Z; includes closed issues and the previous report, excludes today's report.
- ★ comparison uses the newest earlier marked report #1967, with closed reports eligible. No first-time stale entries.
- Both security sources were fully paginated; counts use each alert's own
state, without file-location filtering. No resolution inferred from absence. - Runtime evidence generated 2026-10-28T20:27:45.276Z: 17 verified, 5 no qualifying run, 2 not verified, 0 unavailable across 24 collector-covered repositories. Updated only the validated marked region in #1598, preserving all prior verifications (including mothership) and the private count of 3. Re-read before writing and verified unchanged bytes outside the markers afterward. 9 remain: 4 without qualifying runs, 2 pre-preflight pins, 3 private. No qualifying run is an expected mention-gated steady state; the tracker remains open.
- Supersedes #1967. Legacy #252 is already closed. All requested sources were accessible; supplemental CLI formatting was retried successfully with external
jq.
