Adds documentation to the OWASP CRS performance guide explaining the impact of PCRE JIT on regex-heavy rule evaluation and how to verify JIT availability on the target system.
Changes:
- Add a new “PCRE JIT” subsection under the Performance section.
- Document common reasons PCRE JIT may be disabled/unavailable and provide a quick CLI verification command.
- Reference the TYPO3 extension UI status check for PCRE JIT.
