Part of flet-dev/flet#6940 (with flet-dev/python-build#44 and flet-dev/serious-python#254).

Xcode 27 rejects deployment targets below iOS 15.0 / macOS 12.0, and Flet 1.1.0 already moved its build template and client to those minimums (flet-dev/flet#6914). This release builds dart_bridge.xcframework for the same minimums.

Changes

• apple/build_xcframework.sh: the slices now build for iOS 15.0 (device and simulator, previously 13.0) and macOS 12.0 (previously 10.15). The -m*-version-min flags now come from each slice's minos argument, which also sets the Info.plist MinimumOSVersion, so each version is written in one place.
• CMakeLists.txt: project version 1.10.0 → 1.11.0.
• CHANGELOG.md: added a 1.11.0 entry.

Testing

Ran apple/build_xcframework.sh locally (Xcode 26):

• otool -l (LC_BUILD_VERSION) shows minos 15.0 on the iOS device slice and on both simulator archs. Before this change the slices showed 13.0, and x86_64 showed 14.0.
• The macOS slice shows minos 12.0 for both archs (previously 10.15 / 11.0).
• The MinimumOSVersion in the three framework plists is 15.0 / 15.0 / 12.0.

After this is released, python-build's manifest.json moves to dart_bridge_version: 1.11.0.
