…lathub#359)

Changes:
- Use pthread_once() for thread-safe symbol resolution
- Resolve all symbols centrally instead of lazy per-call lookup
- Add NULL checks and abort on failed dlsym() resolution
- Preserve icon_theme_path in app_indicator_new_with_path()
- Prevent potential race conditions during Electron startup
- Minor cleanup and formatting

This fixes undefined behavior caused by concurrent symbol
initialization and prevents sporadic crashes or missing tray
icons under multithreaded application startup.

* Update spotify-preload.c

* Make LD_PRELOAD interposer thread-safe and harden symbol resolution

* Make LD_PRELOAD interposer thread-safe and harden symbol resolution
This was a regression in flathub#359, we don't want to use the paths Spotify
wants to and instead want the default paths.

Closes flathub#361
ffmpeg-4.4: Update ffmpeg-4.4.6.tar.xz to 4.4.7
spotify: Update spotify.snap to 1.2.86.502.g8cd7fb22
Spotify uses pipewire by default now.
It's not needed after org.freedesktop.ScreenSaver was added.

@amharris could you rebase this? it doesn't apply

@Erick555 Rebase it onto which target specifically? Before I began, I ensured that my fork's master aligned with upstream and the same for beta. I then made it so beta was atop master, pulling in more recent changes, and finally committed my work on top.

beta branch is the target for this PR. Currently this can't be merged due to conflicts.

@amharris unfortunately your beta branch has still conflicts with flathub beta branch. I guess they're in appdata file

Yep, they were. My bad. I was a little too rash with including the more recent master changes back into beta.
