  • Add an option argument to Transformer::Init() to allow setting various options (precise trafos only, min accuracy, ...)
  • Add Transformer::{Source,Target}Crs() methods and CrsInfo types for apps to implement checks on those (e.g. to assert a geocentric CRS)
  • Add mutex to make Transformer thread-safe
  • Add more error handling

- Init() takes TransformerOpts: precise (ALLOW_BALLPARK=NO, ONLY_BEST=YES,
  instantiable check), min_accuracy (ACCURACY=x), normalize_axes
  (proj_normalize_for_visualization()), allow_network (default off) and
  area of interest
- SourceCrs() and TargetCrs() return the CRS type, name and compound parts
- All methods are thread-safe, Transform() is const
- Transform() fails on PROJ errors and non-finite results
