The See-it section now opens with a static SVG of real whittle watch output, captured live from the founder's session: a request routed opus→haiku with classifier signals inline, hard work kept on opus, and two genuine carves (−31%, −99%). Palette matches the founder's terminal (black/green/red only). Lines are verbatim from the session log; trailing signal gate tokens elided with an ellipsis. compress.gif retires from the README (file stays for docs use).

The See-it section led with the compress.gif animation showing one surface. It
now leads with a static SVG of real `whittle watch` output captured from a live
session: a casual turn routed opus→haiku with the classifier signals inline,
hard work kept untouched on opus, and two genuine carves (328→226 −31%,
3,606→31 −99%), closing with the one-line moral (trivia dropped, hard work
kept, noise carved, errors kept). Both surfaces in one authentic frame, in the
founder's terminal palette (black/green/red only, no cyan/blue). Every line is
verbatim from the captured log; trailing gate tokens are elided with an
ellipsis. compress.gif remains on disk (docs may still use it) but leaves the
README.
