Finalize the completed `add-documentation-site` change after the MoonBit-style site was deployed in #53. Sync the site, examples and CLI-integration requirements into the main specs, archive the completed change, repair archived design asset links and retain the public deployment verification record. The published site at https://finos.github.io/morphir-python/ uses the MoonBit blue/orange palette and split hero, code window, pipeline and feature-card layout. Production verification checked all 21 manifest file digests against deployed source d02f260, desktop/mobile themes, navigation, search and clipboard behavior. CI 40657687946 and Pages deployment 40658741564 passed for that source; this PR changes specification records only. Validation: `openspec validate --all --strict` passes all 13 current items. The archive retains all 22 completed tasks and the original proposal/deltas. The process-extension implementation remains separate in #54. Refs morphir-ukvn.9.

The existing Python site uses Telescope’s indigo theme and a plain text landing page. Match the Morphir MoonBit blue/orange design with a responsive hero, canonical Python model, workflow pipeline and feature cards. Preserve the stock Telescope renderer, search, navigation, theme controls and checked example guides.
Attribute the reference revision and theme source. Telescope has no consumer stylesheet hook, so append the theme inside a private build directory, validate the final CSS/resources, then atomically promote. A missing CSS resource regression proves the previous checked output survives failure. The reusable limitation is reported at moonrockz/telescope#13.
Update the existing add-documentation-site OpenSpec artifacts with this acceptance requirement. The remaining task includes verifying the deployed site after merge; the process MEP change is separate.
Validation:
mise run checkpasses with 2,526 tests and 34 BDD scenarios. All 20 browser cases pass at root/project bases, desktop/mobile and light/dark. Twelve focused site/example tests pass with explicit site qualification enabled, including broken resource preservation. Strict OpenSpec validation and snippet synchronization pass. Desktop and mobile screenshots were visually inspected.
