Update ruff_python_ast, ruff_python_parser, ruff_python_codegen and ruff_text_size together to 0.0.20. Updating them separately mixes incompatible AST/text-range types and fails compilation. The group now resolves one compatible component family, removing the old duplicate Ruff graph. Add a Renovate package rule so future updates use one PR.

Includes the dependency updates proposed separately in #45 and #46; those become redundant when this PR lands. No Python source subset or compiler behavior is intentionally changed.

Validation: locked Cargo check; full mise rust:check including Clippy, native/Rust tests, generated-code execution and the release WASM build; Renovate JSON schema validation. Python checks and current-head CI are tracked before merge.
