Publish one installable morphir-python==0.0.1 distribution containing the core morphir library, SDK runtime, and CLI. Both the PyPI project and executable are named morphir-python; Python imports remain morphir and morphir_tools.

Build the public wheel and source archive from the root project so both source trees are included without sibling-path hooks or duplicated library code. Keep the pure core workspace for development, remove the CLI subproject metadata and the public dependency on an unpublished morphir distribution, and publish only the bundle. Update CI artifacts, metadata/source-inclusion checks, isolated installs, scans, diagnostics, docs and CLI tests.

Version stays 0.0.1. Accept the new python-v0.0.1 tag so the corrected source can be released without moving the prior failed v0.0.1 tag. The pypi environment permits python-v* tags.

Validation: regressions for distribution identity, console entry point, CLI help, and absence of a separate Morphir dependency failed before the changes and pass now. Full checks pass with 2,062 tests, BDD, both type checkers, lint and formatting; coverage is 98.50%. Direct and source-archive builds produced identical wheels. The bundle alone passes strict metadata checks, verifies all library/CLI Python sources are included, installs and runs imports and morphir-python ir inspect without a separate core wheel, and passes CVE/license gates. actionlint and tag-version rejection checks pass.

The maintainer explicitly selected bundling and authorized publication. After current-head hosted CI and review checks pass, merge and publish using the existing FINOS trusted-publisher identity for morphir-python. The original failure and account-side context are tracked in #38.

Refs #38. Shared tracker: morphir-udu4.

Publish the CLI distribution as morphir-python while keeping its internal morphir_tools import. Update package checks, artifacts, diagnostics and examples to use the new public name.

Accept python-v release tags so the corrected 0.0.1 candidate can be published without moving the previous failed v0.0.1 tag.

Build one public distribution from the root project, including both source components. Keep the pure core workspace for development and remove the public dependency on an unpublished morphir distribution.

Qualify and publish only the bundled wheel and source archive. Verify source inclusion, installation without a separate core wheel, and the morphir-python command before promotion.
