- Update front-matter description: replace 'GitHub Pages' with 'Netlify' to match actual deployment target
- Remove outdated global install step (npm i -g docusaurus-init docusaurus) which installed Docusaurus 1.x
- Update setup instructions to use 'Use this template' workflow instead of direct clone
- Remove deprecated Docusaurus Build Action section (lines 182-190)
